Don't Waste It With Worry - S1 E7

On today's episode, we talk about how most of us fall into one of two categories.

  • I am a professional worrier

  • Worrying isn’t something I lose much sleep over

Before we jump into that discussion, we talk about last week's election and the unsteady state of our country. During such times, we must find joy in little things like Shayla does in Almond Joy candy bars. We share the joy we found in a day of geocaching with the kids. We then share the hope we found in Psalm 46:10 through Sunday's message by our pastor, Craig Groeschel at Life.Church.

When we find ourselves in a season of worry, some of us keep it inside, others verbally express it in an emotional burst. Each of us battle worry from time to time. There are minor worries and major worries. While in that season of worry, we can turn to Scripture to help us get through it. We can find direct hope from the red letters, the words of Jesus, in the Bible. We break down Matthew 6:25-34 and share 7 reasons to not worry.
