Evenings out with friends were always enjoyable, fun, and filled with laughter. The night might have included our favorite karaoke bar, restaurant, or just a night alone. Wherever we were, alcohol was involved.

God, where are you in THIS?

I recently spent a week in Las Vegas for a conference I was attending. This was my third time in Vegas. The first time was in 2008 for a marathon. I said that I would never go back. We went back in 2010 for another marathon (long story but it had something to do with my severe OCD).

As pastors, we continually seek resources that point to Jesus, bringing healing and restoration, and leave a lasting impact. We didn’t find a resource, we found all of this in people. Anguished Hearts goes where other ministries don’t, where most can’t, and offers a real look at real issues through the lens of real hurt. The result was lives and marriages changed.
